General Hospital was introduced in 1963 and closely followed the story of the rich Quartermaine family, but has since then grown to include so many more characters who come with their own stories and situations.
In a recent episode of General Hospital, Spencer demanded to know the result of Esme’s pregnancy test, being afraid it may be positive and wanting to know what his fate is.
Esme was first introduced in the show in 2021 and she is said to be the daughter of Ryan Chamberlain.
The character is portrayed by Avery Kristen Pohl and has seemed to garner interest from many fans, since then.
Viewers are still unsure about Esme’s agenda in the plot, seeing as she has a very mysterious background and was brought into play when nobody was expecting it.
She is also a character who seems to always have one drama or the other follow her, immediately she became introduced into the show.
But all we know so far is that she was adopted by Ryan Chamberlain and went to school in France with Spencer Cassadine.
The most recent drama of Esme’s is that she may be pregnant for Spencer.
She took a pregnancy test and this has made Spencer anxious about the outcome.
Spencer already told Cameron that if Esme happens to be pregnant, it would mean that she would remain in his life forever.
The possibility of this seems to cause him a lot of distress.
Later on in the episode, Esme reveals that the pregnancy result came out positive.
But many fans do not quite believe this to be true.
Or believe the result to be legitimate.

Fans of the show have been sharing their own theories on Esme’s pregnancy and whether or not the pregnancy is really for Spencer.
One fan posted: “How do I know Esme it’s not fake or she’s actually pregnant or plain simple she’s going to trap Spencer?”

Another said, “I don’t think Esme is pregnant. They wouldn’t be so calm if it was positive”
Another fan goes further to say, “Esme is not actually pregnant. She is faking it to keep Spencer, so there is no “Spencer’s kid” being born in prison if there is no baby”
As the show unravels, the truth will become clearer and fans can have all the answers to their questions.
Many General Hospital fans have been laying it good on the theories and this should come as no surprise.
One interesting theory in particular that a few people seem to have in common is that Esme is actually pregnant for Nicholas and only wants to make Spencer take responsibility for the pregnancy.
One fan says, “Please don’t tell me Esme gets pregnant somehow by Nicholas, claims it’s Spencer’s, baby will have same blood type (as Father and son) so no one will question it isn’t Spencer’s. Spencer will marry her. Then Esme will reveal in front of everyone it’s actually Nick’s.”
