Keisha Russell’s Testimony

During Ketanji Brown Jackson’s SCOTUS hearing, Keisha started by introducing herself as, “the daughter of Jamaican-born parents and a former teacher.”

She spoke about critical race theory, tracing its origin to German philosopher Immanuel Kant and stating some of its presumptions.

She went on to argue about her belief that any lawyer who believes the US constitution to be “inherently flawed”, is not worthy of being considered for the position where they will need to defend and uphold that same constitution.

Finally, she concluded that the organization which she consults for, First Liberty, cannot support Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination to the Supreme Court.

Keisha’s religious liberty commentary has been published in Washington Examiner, The Daily Signal, Real Clear Religion, The Richmond Times-Dispatch, Houston Chronicle, and others. She’s been a guest on FOX & Friends, CBN, among others.
