Jhene Aiko has revealed that her home in the Pacific Palisades area of LA has been destroyed, sharing a heartbreaking message on social media.
The 36-year-old singer is among several celebrities who have sadly lost their homes due to the wildfires in Los Angeles, with Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles, also reporting the loss of her home.
Jhene took to Instagram to inform her millions of fans, assuring them that her two children and pets are safe.
She shared the news with her 17 million followers, stating that her house was lost to the wildfires.
She wrote: “me and my children’s home is gone, burned to the ground with all of our things inside.”
“Lord have mercy, Thankful we still have each other starting from scratch. My heart is so heavy.”
Jhene has two children: a 16-year-old daughter named Namiko and a two-year-old son, Noah Hasani, with her current boyfriend, Big Sean.
She started her Instagram message by saying, “praying for everyone this morning.”
She continued, “those who lost their home, those who lost their life’s work, those who lost their life, praying for my city, praying for the wild life and lost pets, praying for the world.”
Jhene purchased the Pacific Palisades mansion for $5.6 million in July 2023.
