How Woman Spent Over $120K on Facial Plastic Surgery

A content creator named Violet, known as @violetvanitypalms online, has revealed she spent over $120,000 on various facial plastic surgeries and is sharing her honest opinions on each procedure. Her video, posted on May 23, has already been viewed more than 350,000 times.

Violet went through each procedure “from top to bottom.” She started by giving a “10 out of 10” rating to her hair transplant, which was done to slightly lower her hairline.

Next, she raved about her full face facial fat transfer, which added volume to her forehead, temples, under eyes, lower face, cheeks, and chin.

She rated this a “100 out of 10,” calling it the “most natural, safest and longest-lasting way to augment the face” and claiming it can “rewind the clock.”

Violet also had an upper eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty), which she rated highly but warned against making the crease too high or removing too much skin.

She shared a personal struggle, saying this mistake led to her having difficulty closing her eyes and chronic dry eyes, requiring her to get punctal plugs to help produce tears.

When it came to her nose, Violet revealed she has undergone rhinoplasty five times. She still rated it a “10 out of 10” but wished she had gone to her current surgeon from the start, as he was “much more skilled.”

She also discussed her lip lift, loving the results but noting a “very, very difficult” recovery that lasted about two years due to swelling.

She discovered she had a deep plane lip lift, which has a much longer recovery time than other types, but also lasts longer.

However, one procedure Violet expressed regret over was buccal fat removal, which she had done in her 20s.

At the time, she wanted a “sculpted supermodel look” but now, in her 30s, she regrets it because she’s using fat transfer to restore the volume that was prematurely removed.
