Lola Tung is a 19-year-old actress who portrays Isabel in the Amazon series, The Summer I Turned Pretty.
The series is based on the first book in a trilogy by Jenny Han, author of To All The Boys. It tells the story of the love triangle between Isabel “Belly” Conklin and her childhood friends, brothers Conrad and Jeremiah Fisher who she fell in love with.
The Summer I Turned Pretty is also Lola Tung’s first major acting gig and her first-ever audition. She also celebrated her 19th birthday on set and was gifted two cakes and a diamond infinity necklace by Jenny Han, the author of the book on which the series is based.
Lola Tung’s mother’s name is Pia Marie.
