Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new and graphic accusation of rape in a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, with the alleged victim detailing the encounter.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims she first met the Bad Boy Records founder in May 2001 and spnt time with him at various locations in New York City.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, she alleges that in July of that year, Combs took her to his apartment after a night out and locked her in his bedroom.
The lawsuit states that the music mogul allegedly pushed her onto the bed, put his hand around her throat, and threatened her.
She claims he then released his grip, unbuckled his pants, and revealed his erect penis, which she described as being the “length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll.”
In a surprising detail, the woman reportedly stated in the lawsuit that she felt “relieved” by the alleged size of Combs’ penis, believing that intercourse would not be painful due to its lack of “length and girth,” referring to it as an “itty-bitty Diddy.”
Despite her alleged relief regarding his size, she claims she told Combs to stop and that she did not consent, but he allegedly overpowered her and ejaculated on her body.
The woman alleges that after the assault, she went to the bathroom to clean herself. Upon exiting, she claims she ran for the door while Combs was lying naked on the bed. A bodyguard allegedly directed her to the exit, and she and a friend were taken home by his staff.
Following the alleged rape, the woman claims she stopped answering Combs’ phone calls and underwent psychotherapy to cope with the trauma.
She is now seeking damages for the emotional and physical abuse, trauma, and psychological damage she allegedly suffered.
