Almost five years after the death of Caroline Flack, the beloved British television host, her life and struggles are getting a thorough and touching documentary treatment in “Caroline Flack: Her Life and Death,” a new movie streaming on Disney+. A feature-length film called Caroline, it chronicles the lead-up to her untimely death and celebrates what she brought to the entertainment world.
