The Ketamine Queen: The Shocking Story of Jasveen Sangha and the Tragic Death of Matthew Perry

The shocking story of Jasveen Sangha, dubbed the “Ketamine Queen,” has captured headlines due to her involvement in the tragic overdose death of actor Matthew Perry in 2023. Sangha, a dual U.S. and U.K. citizen, has recently agreed to plead guilty to multiple drug-related charges in connection with Perry’s untimely demise.

Reports from the U.S. Attorney’s Office reveal that Sangha confessed to distributing ketamine alongside Erik Fleming, leading to Perry’s fatal overdose. The actor’s personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, played a significant role in supplying him with the drug, ultimately resulting in his death on October 28, 2023.

Following Perry’s passing, Sangha and Fleming attempted to cover their tracks by deleting incriminating messages, showcasing a desperate effort to distance themselves from the tragedy. A raid at Sangha’s North Hollywood residence months prior had uncovered a substantial amount of illicit drugs, further implicating her in drug trafficking activities dating back to at least June 2019.

Sangha, now infamously known as the “Ketamine Queen,” joins a list of accomplices who have also pleaded guilty in connection to Perry’s death, including Fleming, Iwamasa, and two doctors who supplied the drug. As the legal proceedings continue, Sangha faces a potential sentence of up to 45 years in prison for her role in both Perry’s death and the overdose of another individual in 2019.

Matthew Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on the hit show Friends, battled addiction throughout his life, shedding light on the dark side of fame and substance abuse.
