As Broadway lights beckon, two stars of the hit medical drama “The Pitt” are receiving rave reviews for their off-screen talents. Isa Briones, known for her role as Dr. Trinity Santos, is set to take the stage in the Broadway musical “Just in Time”, while Patrick Ball, aka Dr. Frank Langdon, is making his Broadway debut in the comedy “Becky Shaw”.
For Briones, this isn’t her first outing on the Broadway stage. After her debut in “Hadestown” in March 2024, she is now stepping into the shoes of music icon Connie Francis in “Just in Time”. The musical, which tells the story of legendary singer Bobby Darin, will see Briones starring alongside Matthew Morrison as Bobby Darin until April 21, when Jeremy Jordan takes over the role. Briones is set to join the production on April 1, 2026.
In a recent social media post shared by both Briones and the musical, the caption reads: “She’s clocking in for her next shift on Broadway – THE PITT’S @isacamillebriones is Connie Francis, starting April 1.”
Meanwhile, Patrick Ball is set to shine in the dark comedy “Becky Shaw” as Andrew, making his debut on the Broadway stage. The play, written by Gina Gionfriddo, follows the tumultuous events of a blind date gone awry. Ball shares the stage with a talented cast including Madeline Brewer, Alden Ehrenreich, Linda Emond, and Lauren Patten.
“Becky Shaw” officially opens on April 8, 2026, and runs until June 14, 2026. Ball recently shared a photo with his castmates under the show’s marquee, captioned simply: “Broadway babies.”
For fans of “The Pitt” and Broadway enthusiasts alike, the chance to see Briones and Ball showcase their acting talents on stage is indeed a treat. True to their on-screen personas, these actors are proving that their talents transcend the small screen.
