Christine Quinn Allegedly Isn’t Maintaining Her Marital Property
Back in her Selling Sunset days, Christine Quinn was known for stirring up drama with her coworkers.
Now, it appears she’s bringing that drama into her divorce proceedings.
Page Six got hold of court papers detailing the messy divorce, where Christine’s ex, Christian Richard, is requesting changes to a restraining order to address alleged property damage.
Christian, legally known as Christian Dumontet, is seeking to overturn the order granting Christine exclusive access to their shared Hollywood Hills home due to a hefty utility bill exceeding $10,000.
Furthermore, Christian Richard claims in the court documents that he’s been accruing daily criminal fines from the Los Angeles Vector Control since July 18, 2024, due to property maintenance issues.
The fines continue to accumulate as he’s unable to access the property because of Christine Quinn’s restraining order.
“Mr Dumontet owns the property alone, as separate property, there is no marital interest in the property, and no funds were co-mingled during the duration of the marriage to have converted the property to community property,” the legal documents reportedly state. “It is clear that Ms. Quinn is not maintaining the property as the marital home, nor the familial home for the child. Ms. Quinn does not reside at the property, nor has she maintained it since at least July of this year.”
Christian Richard Demands Compensation For Other Costs
Alongside the substantial utility bill, Christian is seeking compensation for various expenses, including $29,000 per month for the home’s rental value and reimbursement for luxury handbags purchased during their relationship.
