OnlyFans star Lily Phillips, wants to break a world record by sleeping with 1,000 men in 24 hours.
The 23-year-old has made headlines before for claiming to have slept with 101 men in just 14 hours, but now she seeks to surpass the existing record of 919 men set by adult film star Lisa Sparks in 2004.
Phillips plans to maintain an intense pace of about 41 men per hour, which leaves little time for rest.
She previously described her last experience as a “conveyor belt of c**ks,” where she barely left the bedroom and only paused for showers between encounters.
However, this time, she has reportedly been training to build the endurance necessary for such a demanding challenge.
Despite her determination, health professionals are concerned about the potential physical repercussions.
Dr. Zac Turner, a Sydney-based specialist in preventive health and wellness, expressed serious concerns about the strain such extreme physical activity could impose on the body.
He stated, “Sex, in and of itself, is often touted as a healthy and enjoyable activity, but it’s very stressful when taken to these extremes.”
He emphasized that sex is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, and doing it at such a high intensity can lead to serious health issues.
Dr. Turner emphasized that taking on such an extreme challenge could lead to various physical consequences, including bruising, tearing, and overall soreness.
He compared the event to running a marathon without proper training, warning that overuse injuries, dehydration, and exhaustion are almost guaranteed.
“Lisa Sparks, the previous record holder, admitted she was in pain a week after her attempt, which is a clear sign of overstretching,” Turner noted.
He pointed out that this would challenge the body’s physical limits and could result in long-term issues.
Phillips seems to be aware of the risks, as she acknowledged that she would likely feel sore “towards the end” of her challenge but remains determined.
During her appearance on The Reality Check podcast, she said “I feel I’ve got the right determination just to be able to push on.”
Despite recognizing the potential pain, Phillips is still bent on carrying out her plans pointing out that the challenge’s extreme nature is part of her motivation.
