Only Fans creator Lily Phillips has revealed she’s expecting her first child.
The 23 year old shared the exciting news on Instagram on Tuesday, February 18, writing, “The secret is out, Baby Phillips 2025.”
Along with her announcement, Phillips posted a photo showing off her growing baby bump in a beige one-piece, cradling her belly. She also shared an image of two positive pregnancy tests.
Phillips has not disclosed the baby’s sex, due date, or the identity of the father. Known for her bold OnlyFans content, Phillips previously made headlines with a series where she slept with 1,000 men in a single day.
In December 2024, she told The Daily Mail, “I want to be the first person to be with 1,000 guys in one day. I’m quite excited. Obviously, it’s stressful with all the logistics, but it’s not daunting.”
She had previously taken on a similar challenge, sleeping with 100 men in a day, but admitted it was physically and emotionally intense. “It’s not for the weak,” she said in a 2024 YouTube documentary. “It was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it… Just one in and one out, it feels intense.”
Despite her unconventional career, Phillips has always been open about her desire to become a parent in the future. On The Shizzio Show podcast last month, she shared, “I would want children, but definitely later down the line… I’ve started to get a little bit more broody and want kids.”

However, she emphasized, “You can’t live for a future that hasn’t even happened yet. I’m not going to put my unborn child before my own needs. I’d like to think I’d do as much to protect my kids as possible.”
