According to People, Quinn has created a book subscription service called JQ Editions, dedicated to historical romance novels hand-picked by Quinn herself. The limited edition hardcover versions of these novels will be exclusively available to JQ Editions subscribers starting in July via a Kickstarter campaign.
The selection of books included in JQ Editions will encompass both modern classics and standout contemporary titles. Some will be brand new releases, while others will be re-envisioned previously published works specifically curated for JQ Editions subscribers. Among the first three books chosen by Quinn for JQ Editions are Loretta Chase’s Lord of Scoundrels, Alyssa Cole’s An Extraordinary Union, and Eloisa James’ The Last Lady B.
Describing JQ Editions as her “love letter to the genre,” Quinn expressed her excitement about sharing her favorite historical romance novels with fans. These books have been carefully selected as Quinn’s “ride-or-die books” that she believes her readers will love. Each book will be published in a unique style crafted exclusively for JQ Editions, with special touches such as soft-touch covers, custom-illustrated endpapers, and sprayed edges.
The JQ Editions Kickstarter page indicates that the subscription service will be launching soon, with subscribers receiving one novel every other month, starting with the first shipment in July. Quinn teased on Instagram that there will be both one-year and two-year subscription options available for interested readers.
Looking ahead, JQ Editions plans to release six additional novels in 2027 and is already planning ahead for 2028. While the novels for 2026 are only accessible through the Kickstarter page, the 2027 subscriptions will also be available via Quinn’s website, with Kickstarter backers receiving a discount. Quinn highlighted Eloisa James’ The Last Lady B as a standout novel in the collection, praising it as James’ best work in years.
