Is Nicole Scherzinger a Trump Supporter?

A wide range of celebrities, from pro wrestlers to QAnon supporters, endorsed Donald Trump in the US presidential election.

Although Nicole Scherzinger may not have openly endorsed Trump, fans believe she might have unintentionally revealed her support for him.

Following Trump’s win in the U.S. presidential election, Russell Brand shared a photo on Instagram wearing a red cap similar to those associated with the president-elect and his supporters, captioned, “God Bless America.”

However, this MAGA-style hat had a twist: it was embroidered with “Make Jesus First Again.” In a now-deleted comment, Scherzinger excitedly asked, “Where can I get this hat!?”

Although she hadn’t officially “liked” the post Scherzinger’s admiration for the hat sparked immediate backlash from her fans and other Instagram users.

Many took to the comments section to express their disapproval.

One person wrote, “Nicole, sweetie, no…”

“Are you serious, Nicole? Well done on s******* on 90% of your fanbase you predator enabler”,  another wrote.

The singer reportedly removed the comment 24 hours later, but the damage might have already been done.

However, not all reactions were negative. Some fans proposed that her interest in the hat could be influenced by her religious beliefs instead of a political endorsement.

In a 2019 interview with The Guardian, Scherzinger stated that she is a devout Catholic.

“Is it possible she’s just a Jesus believer? Really hoping that’s the case,” one wrote.

“I am truly disgusted,” another added. “I mean if she believes in Jesus that’s fine, but it’s clearly on a Trump looking hat so that’s suspicious…”
