Hilaria Baldwin is opening up about having plastic surgery. On the April 6 episode of her TLC show The Baldwins, the 41-year-old shared that she had a breast lift.
She said she decided to do it after having seven children with her husband, Alec Baldwin.
“I breastfed for so long, and after that, things changed,” Hilaria said. “It was just a little lift to feel more like myself again.”
She explained that for over 10 years, she was either pregnant or breastfeeding. “Once the milk is gone, things look very different. My body didn’t feel like mine anymore,” she said.
“I just wanted to feel okay in my own skin—and that’s okay,” she added.
Hilaria also said she’s careful about how her choices might affect her daughters. “Whenever I do something for appearance, I worry they might feel like they have to look a certain way too,” she explained. “I want to protect them from the self-doubt I’ve gone through.”
She’s previously talked about why she and Alec have so many kids, whether she enjoys being pregnant, and if they plan on having more.
