Carrie Ann Inaba Knocks Anna Delvey Over Her Response to Dancing with the Stars Elimination

Carrie Ann Inaba has criticized Anna Delvey’s response to her Dancing with the Stars elimination.

Following Delvey’s exit from the show on September 24, Inaba, the DWTS judge, expressed surprise at Delvey’s statement about gaining “nothing” from the experience.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Inaba stated, “I was taken aback by her comment. That was dismissive not only of the opportunity she was given, of her wonderful and supportive partner Ezra [Sosa] in his debut season, but also of all of us who work on the show — from the dancers to behind the scenes to the creative team”.

“We all put in the effort to give her a fair opportunity. But I don’t think she could see that and it’s a shame,” she added. “A little gratitude could have changed the narrative.”

In response to Delvey’s elimination, Carrie Ann Inaba highlighted the dedication of DWTS fans who actively participate in voting for their favorite contestants.

She emphasized that DWTS fans vote for winners, not to eliminate contestants.

You can watch season 33 of Dancing with the Stars on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+, and stream on Hulu the following day.
