The “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker, who is currently pregnant, took to Instagram to share glimpses of the aeroplane-themed party, which featured a customized iced-out chain for the birthday boy.
In a heartwarming clip, Wave, wearing a white shirt, jeans, and Timberland boots, is seen dancing with his father, Offset, a member of the hip-hop group Migos.
This featured an impressive five-tier cake adorned with fondant-made aeroplanes, suitcases, a compass, and paper aeroplanes.
The party room was transformed into a mini airport, complete with white and light blue balloons, airplanes bearing Wave’s name on the walls, and a mock flight departure schedule with gates named Wave 1, 2, and 3.
Recall that last month, Cardi filed for divorce from Offset, after over 7 years of marriage. The rapper also sought primary custody of their children while clarifying that she is not requesting child support from Offset.
