Brandi Glanville says she has spent over $100,000 trying to treat a mysterious facial parasite—and she’s running out of money.
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told Us Weekly that she’s spent more than $113,000 on medical care not covered by her insurance. “I’m out of funds. I’ve spent over six figures,” she said. “I don’t have the money to go anywhere else. I’m online every day trying to figure it out. It’s exhausting.”
Brandi, 52, joined OnlyFans in 2023 to help cover her medical bills. She’s seen top infectious disease and allergy doctors, had CAT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds—but no one can figure out what’s causing the problem.
“It’s moving down my body—into my neck, my shoulder, and now my arm,” she explained. “I have to stick to a daily routine just to feel okay, and it’s really hard.”
Her symptoms started in October 2023, when she had a serious medical emergency. Her face swelled up, her eyes shut, and she collapsed—leading to a hospital visit.
Last July, she threatened to sue Bravo, saying the stress from the Ultimate Girls Trip incident with Caroline Manzo had “ruined” her health and left her unable to work for over a year.
In December 2024, she posted a photo of her swollen, disfigured face on X (formerly Twitter), saying doctors think she might have a parasite moving around under her skin.
Brandi explained that she has “painful lumps” in her face, along with a constant flow of foul-tasting oily fluid draining into her mouth. She added that the acidic fluid is so strong, it’s damaging her teeth.
