Blake Lively’s sister Robyn Jumps To Her Defense Amid ‘It Ends With Us’ Drama

Robyn Lively, sister of actress Blake Lively, has come to her defense amid the backlash surrounding Blake’s latest film, “It Ends With Us.”

Blake, who recently celebrated her 37th birthday with her celebrity friends, has faced intense scrutiny during the film’s press tour.

Reports of on-set creative differences and resurfaced old interview clips have led to accusations of “mean girl” behavior, prompting Robyn to speak out in support of her sister.

A fan had posted a supportive comment on Robyn’s Instagram tribute to Blake, saying, “Blake is a lovely human being! I hope she knows that the multitudes of people who love her far outweigh the negative voices. Happy Birthday Blake!!”

Robyn responded with gratitude, saying, “Thank you for this.”

Earlier, Robyn had shared a heartfelt birthday message for Blake, calling her “my bday queen,” “my sister,” “my best friend,” and “my little piggy back buddy.” She praised Blake as “one of the best humans I know,” and ended with a playful “HAPPY birthday sissy britches!”

Since ‘It ends with us hit the big screen, rumors of alleged creative differences between Blake and the film’s director, Justin Baldoni, have spread.

Soon after, the actress faced major backlash over several previous interviews, including one in which she was called out by a reporter who said she contemplated quitting journalism altogether after having an awkward interaction with Blake in 2016.

Blake was also called out earlier this week for her repeated use of transgender slurs in past interviews that recently resurfaced.
