Blake Lively Thanks Fans for Their Support at SXSW Amid Justin Baldoni Legal Battle

Blake Lively expressed her gratitude to fans for their support following her first movie premiere since the legal dispute with Justin Baldoni began.

The 37-year-old actress posted on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing photos from the premiere of Another Simple Favor.

The film, which she stars in alongside Anna Kendrick, premiered on Friday at the 2025 SXSW Film & TV Festival.

Lively’s post featured several red carpet shots, where she wore a pink strapless dress paired with a matching latex shirt dress and styled her hair half-up.

She also included pictures with the cast and crew, including actor Henry Golding and A Simple Favor sequel director Paul Feig, and thanked her fans.

“Watching @asimplefavor opening night @sxsw felt like a rock concert. Thank you to the very best audience.

Texas turns it out,” Lively captioned her post, which also showed her interacting with fans at the premiere.

In the ongoing lawsuit against Baldoni, Lively claims the negative attention she faced was part of a deliberate campaign orchestrated by Baldoni’s PR team.

Baldoni, who denies the accusations, is suing The New York Times for $250 million, while also counter-suing Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for $400 million, accusing them of trying to “destroy” his reputation and career.

A New York federal judge recently told both sides to prepare for trial in March 2026.

Following that, Lively and Reynolds’ legal team filed a notice seeking to dismiss Baldoni’s counter-suit.
