Career
Heather Zumarraga began her professional career in 2007 when she joined Merrill Lynch in Jersey City. After a few months, she left the company and moved to New York, where she took a job as an equities trader for RGF Capital MGMT. Zumarraga then worked at SunAmerica Financial Group in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, eventually becoming vice president of the firm. In 2014, she also served as a contributor for CNBC. In 2017, Zumarraga left SunAmerica Financial Group and joined AIG, where she rose through the ranks to become Senior Regional Vice President. After eight years with the company, she left to take on a new role as Senior Vice President at Vision 4 Fund Distributors in Washington, DC.

In her personal life, Heather Zumarraga is married to Daniel A. Zumarraga, who has over 20 years of experience in the convenience store and food service industry. The couple got married in 2014 and have a daughter together. They currently live in Mclean, Virginia.
