Yungblud’s Rock Music Resurgence: Collaborating with Aerosmith Legends

Yungblud (Dominic Harrison) was in the recording studio with Aerosmith legends Steven Tyler and Joe Perry when he experienced a moment he’ll never forget. Tyler himself told Yungblud that he had never met anyone who could sing the notes like he does, leaving the young singer stunned by the compliment from the 77-year-old rock icon.

Collaborating on the EP “One More Time,” released in November 2025, Yungblud, the 28-year-old Idols singer, opened up about the electric creative chemistry he shared with Tyler and Perry in a recent interview with Redbull. Calling Tyler one of the greatest rock singers of all time, Yungblud spoke of the healthy competition and sense of aliveness they both felt in the studio.

Despite Tyler fracturing his larynx while touring in 2023, Yungblud noted that he still “got the pipes,” showcasing the rock legend’s enduring talent. The experience of working with Tyler inspired Yungblud, who expressed his enthusiasm for making music with his heroes and idols.

Ever since his performance at the Black Sabbath tribute concert last July, just before Ozzy Osbourne’s death, Yungblud has been on a meteoric rise in the rock music scene. Now embraced by rock icons themselves, he is looking forward to creating even more music and has an upcoming project, “Idols part two.”

Yungblud shared his excitement about the resurgence of rock music in the mainstream, expressing his inspiration and creativity. With so much music on the way, he is enthusiastic about the future and the possibilities that lie ahead.

Overall, Yungblud’s journey in the music industry has been marked by collaborations with legends and a resurgence of rock music in popular culture. His dedication to his craft and his passion for making music with his idols are evident in his latest work and upcoming projects.
