When Will Cardi B Release Her New Album?

Cardi B seems to be dropping her second album sooner than we thought.

The “Bodak Yellow” star reveale that the album cover is already in the bag.

When a fan teased about finding her a Hermes bag, Cardi teased back, saying she’d drop the album cover if they succeeded.

“I’m on my way to France to see if I can find cardi the Hermes bag that she wants 😆 @iamcardib I got you sis,” Cardi quote tweeted the post writing, “
If you find me the bag I’ll release my album cover.”

Fans quickly caught on, realizing the album art is good to go, to which Cardi confirmed by saying,

“So the album cover is ready is what I’m hearing,” alongside an image of Zendaya holding her hand to her ear at a Euphoria red carpet premiere.

“Album covers are taken ….I just don’t know which to pick,” Cardi replied in a quote tweet to the user.

Cardi has taken some heat about her long-delayed sophomore album in recent months, which she has addressed.

Back in July, she tackled the topic on The Joe Budden Podcast via Twitter Spaces.

When Cardi’s second album came up on the show, Joe Budden, who’s 43, straight-up said, “We’ll never get another Cardi album again. I am standing on it.”

And Cardi wasn’t having any of the negativity. She fired back in a clip on Twitter, saying, “I don’t give a f— when people talk s— about me. It’s the fact you always talk s— about me, Joe Budden.

“Out of nowhere, you would think I did something to this n—-… For the past two years, this n—- has only talked bad things about me, constantly.”

She also called out the host for always comparing her to other female rappers and only giving criticism on her singles.

Even though Cardi promised her fans in March that her album would drop in 2024, she switched gears in May and spilled the tea that things had shifted.

In a chat with a fan on X, she spilled, “anyway NO album this year I don’t care I’m relaxing this year.. Dropping these features I already committed to and traveling and enjoying my summer.”
