Wendy Williams Calls P Diddy’s Arrest ‘Long Overdue’ Amid New Allegations

Wendy Williams has voiced her belief that P Diddy’s recent arrest is long overdue, following numerous accusations against the music mogul.

Williams, known for her candid opinions, has previously criticised Diddy throughout her career, starting as early as 1998.

With over 120 individuals now accusing Diddy of heinous crimes, including sex trafficking and racketeering, Williams has shared her reaction to his current incarceration at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre.

Reflecting on the allegations, Wendy commented, “What’s particularly interesting is that many individuals have told me, ‘Wendy, you predicted this.'”

She expressed her shock at seeing a video of Diddy assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, remarking that it was “long overdue” for the footage to surface. Williams questioned, “How many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so terrible.”

Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty to the charges, is awaiting trial, with his requests for bail previously denied. Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing 120 alleged victims, stated that many of those involved are well-known figures and that lawsuits will be filed across several U.S.

states. Some of the accusations date back to 1991, with 25 claimants reporting that they were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

Buzbee further claimed that many of the assaults are linked to Diddy’s infamous White Parties and incidents at hotels, where drugs were reportedly involved.

The youngest alleged victim was just nine years old.
