Void Joins Metal Blade Records and Announces Empire of Blood Tour

The heavy metal band Void made waves this week with a thrilling career announcement. Signing with Metal Blade Records, a legendary cornerstone in the heavy metal scene, the group shared the news with their fans on Wednesday. This new partnership marks a significant milestone for Void, who were previously releasing material through Shadow Kingdom Records. To celebrate the signing, Void unveiled a limited-edition merchandise drop on their website, with each purchase including a signed 8×10 poster.

In a statement shared on Instagram, Void expressed their excitement about joining Metal Blade Records, calling it an “absolute honor” to be part of such a renowned label. The band teased their upcoming material as their “most vicious” yet, promising a new level of intensity for their fans. Founded by Brian Slagel in 1982, Metal Blade Records has a long history of supporting great bands and sharing their music with a wide audience. Over the years, Metal Blade has built a diverse roster of artists, including Amon Amarth, Angel Witch, Cult of Lilith, and many more.

In addition to their record deal, Void is gearing up for their Empire of Blood Tour this spring, with dates scheduled across the United States. The tour will include stops in cities like Houston, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Dallas, as well as performances at various music festivals. The band will kick off their tour at the Bay Area Hard Rock Fest in Tampa and wrap up with shows at Chicago’s Legions of Metal Fest and the San Luis Metal Fest in Mexico City in May.

Formed in 2019 in Lafayette, Louisiana, Void quickly made a name for themselves in the metal scene with their debut album, “Horrors of Reality.” The band followed up with the single “Silent Onslaught” and another LP titled “Forbidden Morals.” Known for tracks like “First In, Last Out” and “Return of the Phantom,” Void has built a dedicated following in the South. The current lineup includes Jackson Davenport, Chris Braune, Gabe LeJeune, Blake Adams, and Aaron Landry.

Fans can purchase tickets for the Empire of Blood Tour and exclusive merchandise on Void’s official website. Keep an eye out for this rising band as they continue to make waves in the heavy metal scene.
