Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War

Get ready for the return of a fan favorite! After four seasons as the iconic hero in Prime Video’s Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan series, John Krasinski is back in action in the feature film Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War. Directed by Andrew Bernstein, the R-rated movie promises to take the title character on his “most personal and dangerous mission yet.”

Back in 2024, Parade confirmed that Amazon MGM Studios was working on a Jack Ryan movie starring The Office alum Krasinski. Now, three years after the TV series came to an end on Prime Video, fans are eagerly anticipating the film’s release.

Speaking to Parade ahead of the Season 4 premiere in 2023, Krasinski shared his emotional experience filming the final scenes of the series. Reflecting on the bond he had formed with the crew over the course of two years, he revealed, “I cried a lot. I cry at everything to the embarrassment of my kids. So I didn’t need much to get weepy, but I think I had put off the reality that the show was coming to an end until that final shot.”

And now, the wait is almost over. The Jack Ryan film is set to premiere on May 20, 2026, on Prime Video, bringing back familiar faces like Wendell Pierce and Michael Kelly alongside Krasinski in their roles.

In Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War, Krasinski’s character is pulled back into the world of espionage for a high-stakes mission filled with twists and betrayal. With an unlikely new partner played by Sienna Miller, Jack must navigate a treacherous web of danger, making this his most personal mission yet.

Prepare to be on the edge of your seat as Jack Ryan returns to action in the upcoming film. Don’t miss the premiere of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War on May 20, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video.
