Delaney Rowe is opening up about her dating life—and while she didn’t name names, her comments come six months after sparking romance rumors with The Office star B.J. Novak.
In a June 11 episode of the Boy Problems podcast, the 29-year-old TikTok star confirmed: “I’m dating. The cuffs aren’t on—I’m not fully boo’ed up—but I am dating and it’s going okay.”
Delaney admitted her love life has had some ups and downs, mainly due to her own past reluctance to commit. “It’s not him, it’s me,” she said. “I was the problem and I had to sort of reconcile with that recently.”
She explained that while her partner had been clear and ready for a serious relationship, she wasn’t quite there—until now.
“Now I am sure and he’s like, ‘I don’t really trust your intentions at this point,’” she shared. “So I’ve had to rap for my motherf–king life on this one.”
Despite the tension, Delaney made it clear there was no cheating or drama just her emotional unavailability. Now, she’s working hard to show she’s serious: “I have to bare my heart a little bit.”
Known for her witty, satirical videos, Delaney said she’s trying to keep things genuine and avoid using humor to deflect.
“I was very honest and I put it out there,” she said, acknowledging the discomfort of not knowing where the relationship will go. Still, she ended on a hopeful note: “I think it’s gonna go my way.”
