The Next Chapter: The ACE Family’s Evolution

The ACE Family, with Austin McBroom and Catherine Paiz at the helm, once dominated YouTube with their family content, amassing over 18 million subscribers and 4 billion views. They were YouTube royalty, even having Kylie Jenner throw their gender reveal party and fans filling arenas for their charity basketball games. Now, years after their channel went dark, McBroom is making his next move.

McBroom, at 33, is offering fans a new way to connect through BuzzStar, a platform that allows for one-on-one video conversations between creators and followers. Described as “basically FaceTime with your favorite creator,” McBroom explained that the platform solves the issue of limited real interaction when creators have millions of followers by implementing a queue and bidding system.

In January 2024, McBroom and Paiz announced their divorce, marking the end of their famous marriage. Following the split, Paiz appeared on Call Her Daddy, discussing the end of their relationship and alleged infidelity. She later released a memoir, Dolores, and entered a new chapter by marrying tattoo artist Igor Ten last September.

Despite the public split, there seems to be no lingering tension between the former couple. When Paiz announced her pregnancy with Ten, McBroom congratulated them during a livestream, showing support for the new chapter in their lives.

The evolution of the ACE Family has been tumultuous, but with McBroom’s new venture into BuzzStar and Paiz embracing a new chapter, it’s clear that both are moving forward in their own ways. The legacy of the ACE Family continues to evolve, capturing the attention and curiosity of fans who followed their journey closely.
