Sterling K. Brown and Justin Hartley’s Reunion at the 2026 Golden Globes

At the 2026 Golden Globes, former “This Is Us” co-stars Sterling K. Brown and Justin Hartley had a touching reunion. Brown, nominated for a Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series-Drama Golden Globe for his role in “Paradise,” was photographed alongside Hartley at the event. The two actors, who played brothers on the beloved show, shared a moment at a table inside The Beverly Hilton hotel, the venue for the prestigious awards ceremony.

Brown, with his pant leg rolled up, revealed his torn Achilles tendon to Hartley, who looked concerned as he inspected the injury. Fans of the show will remember Hartley as Kevin Pearson, the troubled brother of Brown’s character, Randall Pearson, in the series that ended after its sixth season in 2022.

During a red carpet interview at the Golden Globes, Brown shared an update on his injury, explaining how he tore his Achilles tendon in a non-dangerous manner in September 2025. Despite the setback, Brown expressed optimism about his recovery, mentioning his ability to walk, swim, and ride a bike, although running was still off-limits.

In another interview on the same night, Brown’s wife, actress Ryan Michelle Bathe, discussed her husband’s risqué scenes in “Paradise,” where he plays special agent Xavier Collins. Bathe humorously shared that she closed her eyes during certain scenes, prompting a playful response from Brown about sharing with the world, but only on TV. Additionally, Bathe revealed that she would be joining the cast for the upcoming second season of “Paradise,” a Hulu series that premiered its first season in 2025.

The evening at the Golden Globes was not only a celebration of outstanding talent in the entertainment industry but also a heartwarming reunion between former co-stars. Brown and Hartley’s camaraderie off-screen, coupled with their successful careers, showcased the enduring bond they formed while working together on “This Is Us.” As the night unfolded with laughter, support, and shared memories, it was clear that the connection between these two talented actors transcended the characters they portrayed on television.
