A horrifying incident in New Hampshire has shocked the community as a 42-year-old man, Nathaniel Kay, was arrested for allegedly kidnapping, assaulting, and restraining his elderly parents. The abuse reportedly lasted for 12 hours inside their home in Belmont, leaving his 82-year-old father with a broken nose and ribs, and his 77-year-old mother with a brain bleed.
The violent attacks only came to light when one of the victims managed to call 911, pretending that they had fallen down the stairs. Emergency responders discovered the extent of the abuse, including bruises, bloodstains, and a chilling account of strangulation with a rope.
Kay has been placed in preventive detention as he faces serious charges, including kidnapping and assault. The victims, thankfully, were able to receive medical treatment for their injuries.
