Shake Shack is starting off the new year with a fresh perspective, introducing their 2026 K-Shack menu inspired by Korean cooking and flavors. This menu is not a new concept for the beloved burger joint, as they had previously shared their take on Korean fried chicken a few years ago.
The revamped menu includes the original K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich, K-Shack BBQ Burger and fries, as well as two new additions – K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites and K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake, their first-ever sweet-and-spicy milkshake. This menu is a reflection of Shake Shack’s dedication to global flavor inspiration.
The decision to bring back the Korean-style menu was influenced by the positive response it received in previous years. Shake Shack wanted to be bolder than ever before, leaving no stone unturned, even including dessert in the mix.
The K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites are made from antibiotic-free, hand-breaded white meat chicken breast, coated in a spicy-sweet sesame gochujang glaze and topped with fresh scallions. The K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake features a gochujang caramel-flavored frozen custard topped with whipped cream and more gochujang caramel, creating a unique flavor profile.
Returning items like the K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich and K-Shack BBQ Burger have also received upgrades to enhance the experience. The Fried Chicken Sandwich now includes red kimchi slaw, adding a peppery kick to the ensemble. The BBQ Burger features a quarter-pound Angus beef patty on a potato bun with American cheese, sweet onions, scallions, and savory Korean BBQ sauce.
To round out the meal, Shake Shack’s crinkle cuts now come in a cheesy, spicy limited-time version, with gooey cheese and dehydrated kimchi seasoning, served with Korean BBQ sauce on the side.
The new K-Shack menu is being rolled out in two phases, starting with ordering exclusively through the Shake Shack app before being available in-store and online for a limited time. This menu reflects Shake Shack’s commitment to delivering innovative and globally-inspired flavors to their loyal customers.
