Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando enjoyed a night out dancing this week.
The “Flowers” singer, who has been dating the drummer since 2021, was spotted in Los Angeles on 18th September attending the Future Islands concert at The Shrine music venue.
For the outing, the 31-year-old wore her long blonde hair in a half-up, half-down style, pairing a simple oversized black sweater with black jeans and boots. Maxx complemented her look by opting for an all-white ensemble—white trousers and a matching tank top, topped off with a blue sweater featuring a teddy bear design on the front.
The couple walked closely together as they made their way to a car after the concert, with Miley photographed wearing a relaxed smile.
This outing marks their first public appearance together in over two months, following a sushi date in Los Angeles back in late June. Before that, the pair were last seen publicly at the Grammy Awards, where Miley was honoured with her first two wins for her hit song “Flowers.”
After her big win, Miley took to the stage to thank her boyfriend, along with her mother, Tish Cyrus, and her sister, Brandi Cyrus, who were there to support her. She said, “I want to thank everyone standing on this stage right now,” before gesturing to her family off-stage. “My mommy, my sister, my love.”
Though the couple rarely make public appearances, Miley herself tends to keep a low profile. In fact, her last public appearance prior to this was over a month ago at the DC23 ceremony, where she was honoured with the Disney Legends award.
“I’m definitely going to cry,” Miley said after accepting the honour, of which she is the youngest recipient. “I stand here still proud to have been Hannah Montana because she made Miley in so many ways. This award is dedicated to Hannah and all of her amazing, loyal fans, and to everyone who has made my dream a reality. To quote the legend herself, ‘This is the life.’”
