Michelle Williams Quietly Welcomes Baby No. 4

Michelle Williams and her husband, Thomas Kail, have expanded their family.

According to People, the couple quietly welcomed a baby via surrogate six weeks ago, making Williams a mother of four and Kail a father of three.

The family has reportedly been seen around their New York neighborhood with their newest addition.

Michelle Williams, 44, and Thomas Kail, 48, are also parents to a 4-year-old son, Hart, and a 2-year-old whose name and gender they have not shared.

The couple met while working on Fosse/Verdon, which Kail directed and produced.

Williams won an Emmy for her role in the series.

In December 2019, after she was seen shopping for baby clothes in London, People confirmed she was both pregnant and engaged to the Hamilton director.

According to the outlet, Williams’ daughter, Matilda, helped bring them together.

“Michelle fell in love,” a source said at the time. “She is happy and fulfilled and ready for another child.”

Williams and Kail made their first public appearance as a couple at the 2020 Golden Globes, where she won Best Actress for Fosse/Verdon.

Two months later, they were seen wearing wedding bands, and in June, they welcomed their son Hart. Their second child together was born in October 2022.

Williams was previously married to musician Phil Elverum, while Kail was married to actress Angela Christian.
