Matteo Bocelli Shines Bright at Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

Matteo Bocelli, son of the renowned Andrea Bocelli, made his debut appearance at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City on a rainy November day. The 28-year-old Italian star was spotted at rehearsals rocking a “falling in love” hat and sporting a bright smile, exuding charm despite the weather.

From Forte dei Marmi, Italy, Matteo Bocelli was the perfect choice to perform atop the Rao’s Homemade Pasta Knight float. This unique float featured a soldier made entirely of pasta, engaging in a battle with a fire-breathing dragon. Inspired by Rao’s Homemade authentic Italian marinara sauce, the float showcased a village backdrop resembling Southern Italy.

Matteo Bocelli has established himself beyond being just a celebrity kid, making a name for himself in the music industry. Known for his duet with his father, “Fall On Me,” released in 2018, he has since launched his solo career with singles like “Solo” and “Close,” bringing a contemporary twist to classical music.

In 2023, Matteo released his debut self-titled album, followed by his newest album, “Falling in Love,” in 2025. Collaborating with actress and singer Sofia Carson on “If I Knew,” and releasing his original Christmas song, “Lost This Christmas,” Matteo has had a successful year.

Beyond the music scene, Matteo Bocelli performed for the Pope at the inauguration of the Borgo Laudato Si’ alongside his father and entertained guests at the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez. His world tour in support of his latest album has solidified his status as a rising star in the industry.

Matteo Bocelli’s poised presence and musical talent have captivated audiences worldwide, proving that he is more than just Andrea Bocelli’s son. As he continues to make his mark in the music industry, Matteo’s future looks bright, filled with promise and potential.
