Love It or List It

“Will you choose to love it or list it?” HGTV fans can anticipate hearing this familiar question once again as Love It or List It returns for its 21st season next month. Real estate agent David Visentin, who has been a part of the show since its debut in 2008, will continue to help homeowners decide whether to stay in their current home or find a new one. Designer Page Turner, who joined the show in the previous season, will go head-to-head with Visentin as she renovates the homes in hopes of convincing the homeowners to love their current space.

In the upcoming season premiere, Visentin and Turner will meet a family of five living in a small home with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The mother is feeling cramped and ready to move, while the father believes that a renovation could solve their problems. Turner will work on transforming the house to provide more space for the family, while Visentin will show them other potential properties in the area.

The new season of Love It or List It is set to debut on HGTV on Tuesday, June 23, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, with episodes streaming on HBO Max the following day. With 12 episodes planned for the season, fans can expect a new episode to air each week on both HGTV and HBO Max.

As Love It or List It returns for its 21st season, viewers can look forward to more home transformations, tough decisions, and the constant debate between loving their current home or listing it for something new.
