Love Is Blind Season 7: Which Couples are Still Together?

Love Is Blind is back for its seventh season, and this time we’re heading to the capital of the U.S., Washington D.C.

The show, which has been on Netflix since 2020, features a group of contestants who go on a series of ‘blind dates’ where they connect through pod walls, developing their emotional bonds without seeing each other.

As the dates progress, feelings evolve significantly, and some pairs end up getting engaged (yes, without ever meeting face to face) before finally meeting in real life after their engagement.

In this season, seven couples got engaged, but who has said “I do” and stayed together? And who has already walked away from their partner before the altar?

Here’s everything you need to know about the couples and their current status.

Garrett ‘G’ and Taylor

33-year-old quantum physicist Garrett and 30-year-old clean energy policy consultant Taylor were the first couple to get engaged in the pods this season.

They hit it off right away, only facing a minor issue when Taylor mentioned she didn’t want to disclose her ethnicity to Garrett before they met, as she was concerned about how her appearance might influence his perception of her.

Garrett responded with understanding and shared his feelings for her.

During their trip to Mexico, their connection grew even stronger. As the following episodes aired, it became clear that they seemed to be in the best position to say “I do” at the altar, though they still faced some challenges.

In the family meeting segment of the new episode, Garrett’s mom appeared overwhelmed by the idea of her son getting married, while Taylor’s parents were hesitant to be on camera, so they met with her friends, who seemed to like Garrett.

Their biggest hurdle, however, revolves around their future living situation, as Taylor wants to move to San Diego to start a family.

Although Garrett was supportive of the idea in the pods, his family is struggling with the thought of him relocating, yet he still seems interested in the move.

If we had to bet on anyone from the pods getting married this year, it would definitely be these two.

Tyler and Ashley

Next up were 34-year-old account manager Tyler and 32-year-old marketing director Ashley, who connected over their shared values.

In the third episode, which happened to be Tyler’s birthday, Ashley wrote him a deeply romantic letter that prompted him to get down on one knee and propose.

Their reactions upon seeing each other in person were absolutely adorable, and both seemed genuinely happy with their engagement.

During their trip to Mexico, their relationship continued to flourish as they deepened their bond.

Upon returning home to DC, their move-in went smoothly, but Ashley was anxious about introducing Tyler to her dad.

Thankfully, the meeting went well, and her dad seemed to take a liking to Tyler.

However, everything changed when Tyler revealed off-camera that he is the father of three children through sperm donation, which he did to help a couple in need.

This revelation shocked Ashley, primarily due to the lack of transparency and the timing of the disclosure.

Now, Ashley struggles with trusting Tyler, while he remains hopeful that they can work through this issue.

Tim and Alexandra

33-year-old web content strategist Tim and 33-year-old producer Alexandra fell in love in the pods, growing closer as Tim shared heartfelt stories from his childhood and the trauma of losing his sister.

Tim began his proposal by presenting the letter he wrote to Alexandra’s father, seeking his permission for marriage.

They met for the first time in episode four after Tim’s proposal, and both seemed genuinely happy with what they saw in each other.

However, during their trip to Mexico with the other couples, they encountered some issues. Alexandra became distant, not revealing that her silence stemmed from feeling homesick.

Instead, she shut down and didn’t communicate with Tim. When he tried to discuss it, he claimed that Alexandra put her hands over his mouth to silence him.

By the end of the first set of episodes, there was uncertainty about their future, but they remained in Mexico and appeared to resolve their issues.

Once they returned home, things were looking up, with Alex introducing Tim to her family. This led to Tim reading the letter he had written in the pods, which brought Alex’s dad to tears.

Perhaps these two will be saying “I do” at the altar after all.

Nick and Hannah

29-year-old Nick, who works in real estate, and 26-year-old Hannah, the youngest member of the pods and a medical device sales representative, fell in love during their time in the pods.

Nick admired the depth he perceived in Hannah, but she worried that he was too much of a smooth talker and often doubted his sincerity.

This led her to break up with him to explore her connection with Leo.

However, Hannah later changed her mind and reconciled with Nick, ultimately getting engaged. Their first in-person meeting was a bit awkward, with Nick commenting on Hannah’s height.

During their trip to Mexico, they faced some challenges when Hannah experienced a major “ick” after watching Nick ride a plastic duck.

Additionally, Nick was hurt to find a list of things Hannah disliked about him.

Despite these bumps in the road, they wrapped up their Mexico trip positively, both committing to making changes in their relationship.

Upon returning home, Hannah’s concerns about Nick’s maturity resurfaced when she saw he lived with his parents and noticed he didn’t know how to cook pasta or mount a TV.

On a brighter note, their family introductions went well, and both partners gained a deeper understanding of each other through the insights shared by their loved ones.

Ramses and Marissa

35-year-old Ramses, a program associate at a justice reform nonprofit, and 32-year-old Marissa, a lawyer and former navy member, were the last couple to meet in person on the show.

At the beginning of the series, Marissa found herself in a love triangle, developing feelings for both Ramses and another pod member, Bohdan.

As their dates progressed, it became evident that Marissa’s feelings were stronger for Ramses, leading to their engagement.

Their trip to Mexico highlighted the depth of their feelings for each other, which was honestly adorable.

However, those cute feelings didn’t last throughout the entire experience.

In the following episodes, Marissa’s military background and her feelings about it became a point of contention for the couple.

They attempted to have a serious discussion about it, with Marissa expressing pride in her service but feeling judged by Ramses, who opposes the military.

Ramses then admitted that he wouldn’t be able to stay with Marissa if she decided to rejoin the navy.

Their challenges didn’t end there. When they met Marissa’s mother, she put Ramses on the spot, questioning him about his job, his fashion choices, and even asked if he would sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

They managed to navigate that, but then faced a tough conversation regarding birth control.

Marissa was against going on it, while Ramses expressed that he wasn’t ready for children and was uncertain about using condoms.

In conclusion, things aren’t looking too good for this couple.

Leo and Brittany

31-year-old art dealer Leo and 33-year-old aesthetician Brittany had one of the most dramatic journeys this season, and we’ve only seen six episodes.

Initially, they hit it off really well, engaging in some honest conversations about money and their insecurities.

However, things didn’t go perfectly as Leo developed feelings for Hannah too.

When Hannah chose Nick over Leo, Brittany felt like she was second best. But she soon moved past that, and the couple ended up getting engaged.

When they finally met in person, Leo was incredibly impressed, calling Brittany the “hottest girl in the world.”

On the other hand, Brittany was a bit more cautious and struggled to fully accept that she was engaged.

Then, a screen popped up revealing that Leo and Brittany were not among the six couples selected by Netflix to continue their journey in Mexico.

It later showed that they went on a trip to Miami and broke up a few weeks after that.
