The tenant, Joan Ighofose, suffered from a facial injury as a result of the landlord’s actions. The accused, Iloba Kingsley Adigwe, denied the allegations and requested bail.
The case has been adjourned for a hearing on September 22, with the magistrate instructing the accused’s counsel to properly file the bail request.
