On the latest episode of “The Kardashians,” Kris Jenner learned some difficult news.
During the episode, the family matriarch discovered she needed surgery for an ovarian tumour.
In an emotional moment with her family, including Corey Gamble and daughters Kim, Khloé, and Kendall, Jenner shared, “I went to the doctor and had my scan.
They found a cyst and a little tumour on my ovary.” Tears welled up as she revealed,
“Dr. A said I’ve gotta have my ovaries taken out. I’m emotional about it because they came in handy with you guys.
That’s where all my kids were conceived and that’s where they were grown, in my tummy. So this is a very sacred place to me.”
The sisters reached out to Kourtney Kardashian to involve her in the discussion. Later, Kourtney shared with the cameras, “I totally understand how my mom is feeling because I would feel the same way. It’s your womanly power, and it doesn’t mean that it’s taking away who she is or what she’s experienced, but I would feel this sentimental feeling of what it’s created.”
Despite her previous hip replacement surgery, Jenner appeared to maintain a positive attitude.
She expressed, “If I can get through the hip replacement, I can get through this. I’m not nervous to be put to sleep. I’m not nervous about Dr. A, she’s the best doctor in the world. But then you go to do it, and it’s so real.”
Reflecting on the situation, Jenner remarked, “It’s a whole chapter that’s just closed.” With six children, including her famous daughters, she reassured her family, “I’m gonna be fine… I have you guys. People often ask me what is the best job I’ve ever had, and I’ve always said ‘Mom.'” She described it as “the biggest blessing in my life.”
