Well I wasn’t.” And now, the infamous Bride, a character from the beloved Quentin Tarantino film, returns to the spotlight in honor of the movie’s 20th anniversary. Kill Bill is set to hit theaters once again, in a massive all-in-one screening for fans of the epic two-part saga.
The upcoming release, now titled Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, boasts a runtime of 275 minutes, complete with never-before-seen footage. Tickets are already on sale for select theaters across the U.S. that will be screening this epic event, giving fans a chance to experience the action-packed journey once more on the big screen.
For those who also happen to be fans of the popular game Fortnite, there’s an added bonus. By purchasing a ticket to the screening, players can unlock the Kill Bill Gogo Yubari Outfit in the game until Nov. 29. The outfit pays homage to one of the standout villains from Kill Bill: Vol 1, a character who once clashed with The Bride, played by Uma Thurman.
Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair will be shown in 70MM at various theaters across North America, including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Toronto. Additionally, the film event will be available in 35MM in select markets both in North America and the U.K.
The Kill Bill films also feature an ensemble cast including Lucy Liu, Vivica A. Fox, Michael Madsen, Daryl Hannah, Michael Parks, and David Carradine as the infamous “Bill.” Thurman herself stars as The Bride, a character left for dead after a brutal attack orchestrated by her former boss and lover. To seek revenge, she embarks on a mission to hunt down her enemies before facing off against Bill himself.
