Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey had a late-night dinner at Sushi Park in West Hollywood on Friday. The food was decent, but the parking situation was less than ideal.
Video footage from TMZ shows the couple leaving the restaurant, only to be bombarded by paparazzi waiting in the parking garage. Justin, the 32-year-old singer known for hits like “Peaches,” shielded his face from the flashing cameras as Hailey, 29, silently entered their black SUV. An irritated Justin then threw a half-empty Fiji water bottle towards the photographers before driving off with Hailey.
The bottle didn’t hit anyone, but the frustration behind the action was palpable. This incident is just one in a series of encounters between Bieber and the paparazzi. Last year, he confronted photographers outside Soho House Malibu, expressing his exasperation at being constantly hounded.
In a previous incident, Bieber posted a video on Instagram showing photographers surrounding him with the caption, “This has to stop.” His tension with the paparazzi even found its way into his music, with audio from real encounters reportedly making it onto his 2025 album, “Swag.”
This isn’t the first time Bieber has clashed with the paparazzi. In 2014, a photographer rear-ended his Ferrari, prompting Bieber to compare the incident to the tragic death of Princess Diana.
Despite the recent parking garage altercation, the Biebers, who share a young son named Jack Blues, have been making public appearances together. They attended the Grammy Awards and were seen displaying affection before their dinner at Sushi Park.
Neither Justin nor Hailey have commented publicly on the incident, leaving the details of their late-night dinner and parking garage encounter up for interpretation.
