In Flames Announces Intimate U.S. Headlining Shows in May

Step into the world of Swedish heavy metal band In Flames as they announce their upcoming U.S. headlining shows in May, a spectacle not to be missed by metal enthusiasts. From their rise in the late 1990s to dominance in the 2000s, In Flames continues to captivate audiences with their unique sound and powerful performances.

The band’s May tour dates promise an electrifying experience, with shows scheduled between appearances at major American rock festivals, Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple. These intimate shows offer fans a chance to see In Flames outside of the festival setting, where setlists are often shorter, creating a more personal and engaging experience for attendees.

The tour will take In Flames across the Midwest, East Coast, and parts of Canada, showcasing a focused yet meaningful North American run. Supported by Thrown, Distant, and Upon Stone on select dates, the band maintains their momentum from their latest studio album, Foregone, released in 2023.

The tour kicks off on May 9 in Little Rock, Arkansas, and concludes on May 16 in Albany, New York, with stops in cities known for their support of heavy metal acts. This brief yet impactful routing allows In Flames to transition seamlessly between large-scale festival performances, keeping the energy alive throughout.

In Flames’ lineup features vocalist Anders Fridén, guitarist Björn Gelotte, guitarist Chris Broderick, bassist Liam Wilson, and drummer Jon Rice. While the band recently toured extensively in the U.S. in spring 2025, these new dates mark a more focused return before they turn their attention back to international touring, showcasing their enduring presence in the metal scene.

Don’t miss out on this exclusive opportunity to witness In Flames live in action. A BLABBERMOUTH.NET presale begins on Jan. 22, with general ticket sales opening on January 23.
