Exploring the Benefits of Wall Yoga

Running has always been my go-to therapy and exercise, but I recently decided to incorporate yoga into my routine as well. Being naturally “stiff,” I received some eye-opening feedback from my health practitioners about the tension in my body, especially after the wear and tear of half and full marathons. Stretching through yoga has been essential in maintaining my flexibility.

Would I recommend wall yoga? Absolutely. It’s a gentle yet effective way to incorporate relaxation, grounding, and stretching into your daily routine. With simple tips and takeaways, anyone can easily start their wall yoga journey for improved flexibility and well-being.
