Amid series of allegations levelled against Sean “Diddy” Combs, former American model Crystal MCKinney has filed a lawsuit against the embattled singer accusing him of sexually assaulting her at his New York City recording studio in 2003.
This coming days after CNN aired a security footage that shows Diddy attacking singer Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016.
According to the lawsuit, McKinney claimed the duo met at an afterparty during Men’s Fashion Week in Manhattan after which he invited her to his recording studio later that night.
McKinney alleges that Diddy forced her into sexual acts after smoking some marijuana, which she “later came to understand” was laced with a narcotic or intoxicating substance.
The claim on Tuesday was filed under a New York City law that allows survivors to file civil litigation within a two year window even if the alleged events happened long ago.
