The playful ad spot, shared on Instagram by Efron and Yahoo, showcases how the email app can streamline the holiday season and give Santa time for other interests, like hitting the gym and staying in shape.

The campaign opens in “The North Swole,” where Efron’s Santa is seen lifting peppermint weights and sweating it out in his workshop. With a signature “Ho, Ho, Ho” accompanying each rep, Efron embodies a unique and athletic take on the traditional Santa Claus.

In the ad, Efron humorously mentions the challenges of shopping for gifts for everyone on his list but appreciates how Yahoo Mail simplifies the process. The spot follows Efron through various cheeky moments, such as bench-pressing festive-colored barbells and enjoying a protein-packed glass of milk.
