Canadian rapper Drake was spotted in the audience at Nigerian singer Tems’ Born In The Wild tour concert in Toronto on Saturday night, September 7, 2024.
The footage shows the rap mogul nodding his head in appreciation, clearly enjoying the performance.
During her set, headliner Tems revealed that she defied a cold to be at the show
“I have a cold, but we’re gonna dance this cold away,” she announced to fans.
Tems went on to deliver an electrifying medley of songs from her debut album ‘Born in the Wild’ and her previous projects.
Tems and Drake have teamed up on two notable occasions, showcasing their musical chemistry. Their first collaboration was on Drake’s track “Fountain”, followed by a joint feature on Future’s hit single “Wait 4 U”, which made an impressive debut at number one on the prestigious Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Additionally, Drake’s appearance at Tems’ Toronto concert shows the growing connection between Nigerian and international artists and his support for Tems’ rising career.
