Cardi B and Offset’s tumultuous relationship has taken another dramatic turn. Amid their ongoing divorce proceedings, Offset has publicly accused his estranged wife of being unfaithful while she was pregnant. Cardi seemingly confirmed the claim in a tweet, writing, “AND DID !!!!!!”
Late last night, Cardi was hosting an Instagram Live session for her fans when she received a message from Offset’s official account, accusing her of infidelity.
“You were involved with someone else while carrying our baby, tell the truth!!” he wrote, according to a screenshot from the recording shared on X.
Shortly after, Cardi expressed her frustrations, revealing that Offset has been trying to manipulate her with gifts and threats as she attempts to move on. The singer filed for divorce from the former Migos rapper in July, citing various reasons for their separation, including his unfaithfulness.
Despite rumours of Offset’s infidelity, sources close to the couple deny this was the primary reason for their split. Meanwhile, there are rumours that the “Money” hitmaker is set to release a new album this year.
“Do you want to play games with me? Well, we can play those games too,” Cardi B exclaimed during the Instagram Live, calling out her soon-to-be ex-husband for his threats. “Since you want to threaten me, talking about taking my things. You want to take my belongings because I’m moving on? Move on! Why can’t you move on?” she continued.
“You know what amazes me? That a man thinks he can simply buy a woman. I cherish my possessions, but you can’t buy me anymore. It’s astonishing that someone thinks that’s enough. But it’s not, honey,” the Grammy winner declared. As she continued expressing her feelings, Offset couldn’t hold back and responded in the comment section. Without hesitation, she fired back with a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), stating, “AND DID !!!!!!”
Cardi B and Offset’s romantic journey has been far from predictable. The couple secretly married in 2017, long before Offset proposed to her onstage at Power 99’s Powerhouse concert, giving fans a proposal to celebrate.
