The eagerly awaited tour dates were officially unveiled early Tuesday morning and are now available for pre-sale on BTS’s official website. The upcoming world tour, simply titled BTS World Tour, is scheduled to kick off on April 9 in Goyang, South Korea, and will take the group to over 34 cities for a total of 79 shows. The band will also be making a return to the United States, with performances planned in 12 major cities, including four shows in Los Angeles.
Since their debut album Dark & Wild in 2013, BTS has skyrocketed to immense global fame, amassing numerous awards including Billboard Music Awards, South Korean Daesangs, American Music Awards, Golden Disc Awards, and an impressive 26 Guinness World Records. Their accolades position them as one of the most decorated musical groups in history.
