Boston Rob Mariano Seeks Support for Baby Tala, Born with Rare Leukemia

Boston Rob Mariano, a legendary figure from the reality show Survivor, has reached out to fans for help following devastating news about the newborn daughter of a close friend. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Mariano shared a photo urging followers to support baby Tala, who was born with a rare and life-threatening form of leukemia.

Tala Liliana King’s story is one of resilience and strength. Born prematurely with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, she faces a challenging battle in the PICU, where she fights not only cancer but also the risk of infections and a brain hemorrhage. Her parents, model Caroline Miller King and Deion King, have set up a GoFundMe page to cover medical expenses and other urgent needs.

Acute Myeloid Leukemia is a rare form of cancer that predominantly affects adults, making Tala’s case even more unique. Despite the challenges, the family remains hopeful and asks for love and strength above all else.

Caroline, known for her work in the fashion industry, has been sharing updates on Instagram as their newborn daughter fights for her life just days after birth. The outpouring of support has been immense, with Mariano himself contributing $300 towards the fundraising goal of $90,000.

In a touching post, Caroline expressed her love for Tala and the family’s unwavering dedication to her well-being. Despite the obstacles, they remain determined to fight alongside their daughter, who has already shown incredible resilience in the face of adversity.

Mariano, a veteran of reality television with a successful career on Survivor and The Amazing Race, is using his platform to bring attention to Tala’s story and rally support from the Survivor community and beyond. Any unused funds from the GoFundMe campaign will go towards establishing an AML charity and supporting The Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

As Tala continues her brave journey, the family remains grateful for the love and support they have received. In the face of unimaginable challenges, they stand strong together, united in their fight for baby Tala’s health and well-being.
