Blake Lively Makes TIME’s 100 Most Influential People List amid Justin Baldoni Legal Battle

Blake Lively has been named one of TIME Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world for 2025.

She joins other big names like Scarlett Johansson, Joe Rogan, and Donald Trump on the list.

This recognition comes while Blake is in the middle of a legal fight with her It Ends with Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni, whom she sued last year.

In a write-up for TIME, civil rights lawyer Sherrilyn Ifill praised Blake not for her fame, but for her commitment to social causes.

She said she didn’t know Blake from red carpets or her TV roles, but from her philanthropic work and efforts to understand deep issues in America.

Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds reached out in 2019 to support the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, showing genuine interest in civil rights issues.

Ifill said Blake is curious, thoughtful, and serious about making a difference not just for her own kids, but for others too.

Other stars on the 2025 TIME 100 list include Demi Moore, Snoop Dogg, Serena Williams, Ed Sheeran, and Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis.

TIME’s editor-in-chief Sam Jacobs said the list highlights people leading change around the world from tech CEOs to justice advocates and that the people on the list will help shape the future.
