Get ready to channel your inner millennial fashionista, because Backstreet’s back with a bang in Las Vegas. The boys from the iconic Into the Millennium residency at the Sphere in Vegas were originally set to bid farewell this month, but fate had other plans. Six additional shows have been added to the lineup: July 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, and 25.
The residency, which kicked off in July 2025, pays homage to the band’s 1999 Millennium album. According to, Consequence of Sound, the recent show series even included a rockin’ New Year’s Eve bash.
Tickets for the new July shows will first be available to members of the band’s official fan club starting on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 9 a.m. PST. An exclusive artist presale will follow on Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 9 a.m. PST. The general public can grab tickets starting on Friday, Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. PST via Ticketmaster.
The Backstreet Boys made history as the first pop act to headline at the Sphere, nestled in Paradise, Nevada. The venue is set for a star-studded year, lining up residencies from music legends like the Eagles, Phish, No Doubt, Kenny Chesney, and more. Previous megastars who have graced the Sphere stage include U2 and Dead & Company.
Aside from their epic residency news, the Backstreet Boys are stirring up headlines by throwing their own hats into the ring for the 2027 Super Bowl Halftime Show. During a recent show, AJ McLean floated the idea to fans, planting the seed for a potential Los Angeles takeover.
In a recent feature with People, McLean revealed, “I just started an online petition on behalf of the group for us to do halftime 2027. You better vote yes for us to do halftime, especially because it’s gonna be in Los Angeles at SoFi next year. That’s home for me and Kevin [Richardson], so that would be pretty awesome.”
Without a doubt, the Backstreet Boys are here to stay and show no signs of slowing down. So mark your calendars, break out those white jeans, and get ready for a summer of nostalgia and excitement.
